How APN Cloud reviews and acts on reports
How we handle reports
After a valid report, our team reviews the evidence and checks whether the service is hosted, registered or managed through APN Cloud. Where it relates to our network, we may contact the customer, suspend the service, remove harmful content, block abusive traffic, or take other necessary action. We act fairly — services aren't suspended without proper review, except where immediate action is required to protect users, our network or to meet legal obligations.
Important notice
If your report involves child exploitation, threats to life, terrorism, financial fraud or another urgent criminal matter, please also contact the appropriate law-enforcement authority in your country — APN Cloud cooperates with lawful requests from authorised agencies. Submitting false or misleading complaints may delay investigations, so please report only accurate, relevant information.
